~ Custom Products Contracts ~ We offer a contract in your Kit to protect both of us. We strive to provide you with an album that you are genuinely pleased with. To ensure we are both on the same page, we have an inventory sheet in which you tell us the style of page you like, if you want to be closely involved with the design of your album. You can also let us best choose the designs of your layouts. During the initial consultation, we will go over all of these items so that you know what you can expect from us. Our contract includes things such as consultant responsibilities and client responsibilities. We also detail payment expectations and include an estimate so you know what to budget for. We will go over costs of albums, journaling, layout options, photo cropping, embellishments, etc. We want you to be as involved as you want to make sure you are happy with your finished product. We wait three (3) days after you sign the contract in order for you to change your mind if you wish. Again, we want you to be happy with your decision. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a money-back guarantee on any part of your custom album because this is handmade and custom designed for you. We do however meet regularly to go over the progress of the album so you know what you are getting. After you have chosen your album, layout style, etc. we will go over any other services you might require such as turning your handwriting into a computer font, organizing photos, journaling, etc.
All of these items are included in your kit. |
