Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and Money Orders.
Actual shipping is added to all orders. If paying by paypal, we will submit a payment request for the shipping cost once the order is ready to ship. Payment must be received within 3 days or the order will be cancelled, your product payment refunded and all items returned to stock.
if paying by money order, money orders must be received within 10 days of the order being placed. We will contact you once as a reminder. After that your order will be cancelled and all items returned to stock.
Sales Tax
8.50% sales tax is charged to all Illinois residents.

Return Policy & Quality Assurance
All orders are inspected and double-checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition.
If for some reason your item is defective, we will gladly accept the item returned within 10 days for a credit or replacement.
All unused, unopened items in new, sellable condition, are accepted as returns within 10 days at your shipping expense. You may choose either a refund with a 15% restocking fee or store credit for the full amount (minus original shipping charges in both cases).

Add-ons or Cancellations on Orders
Please take your time while shopping. Add-ons to orders will no longer be allowed - a new order must be placed through the cart - this is the best way for us to provide you excellent service and maintain an accurate inventory. If you need to cancel an item from an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand sometimes it is necessary, however we need to manually do it and then manually update the inventory on the cart on the site - so please take your time while shopping first - it is much appreciated!
Shipping
Orders over $50 receive FREE shipping!*
At Pages of Life, we know how expensive shipping can be (after all, we're paying shipping from our suppliers!). That's why we only charge the actual shipping cost to you!
After you place your order, we will calculate shipping and add it to the cost of your order. Lightweight embellishments often can fit in a padded envelope and ship at a cost of just $.60-1.06!!!
Please note that ALL paper must ship in a box - light orders go Priority Mail, heavier orders go UPS.
All Priority Mail shipments receive free delivery confirmation. All first class orders eligible for delivery confirmation will be charged $.13 and receive delivery confirmation - eligible orders are those packed in a padded envelope and is at least 3/4" thick. If you would like insurance added to any order, please contact us.
*Please note that cardstock/paper orders are not eligible for free shipping even if over $50 because of their weight, but will be given a $5 credit toward shipping cost. You will be responsible for the remainder. Thanks! (free shipping only available to contiguous 48 states only)
